365体育投注At our Open Houses, you’ll have the opportunity to pick and choose the tours, information sessions, and academic department meetings that most appeal to you. You’ll receive a detailed schedule of the day upon check-in on campus. In the meantime, this sample schedule can provide an idea of what you can expect.
Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m., and our main program begins at 9:00 a.m.
We encourage you to download the free Illinois State University App from the App Store or Google Play Store to access the Open House guide. Along with the schedule, the guide includes a digital campus map and other resources you may find useful during your visit.
Check-in and Registration
365体育投注There are multiple check-in tables available at the East entrance of the first-floor concourse. Late check-in is available in both the East and West concourses from 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Campus leaders welcome you to campus and provide an overview of life at Illinois State.
Student-led walking tours of campus will be available continuously throughout the day. These tours last approximately 20-30 minutes. Campus tours do not include a tour of residence halls or the Student Fitness Center as those tours are separate sessions. Guests are encouraged to visit academic buildings as those are open and accessible throughout the day.
Early Bird Quad Tours
Want to get a head start? Join us for our Early Bird Campus Tours, running from 7:30 – 8:25 a.m. before the Main Program.
Residence Hall Tours
Hewett and Manchester
365体育投注Residence hall tours last approximately 20 minutes on a rotation as guides become available. Tours begin at each residence hall. Additionally, a show room is available in the Community Center of Cardinal Court, which primarily houses sophomore students. University Housing Services will be available during the Student Services Fair to answer questions regarding housing on campus.
Student Fitness Center and McCormick Hall Tours
Take a guided tour of our state-of-the-art fitness center.
Academic and Student Services Fair
Visit with academic advisors and faculty who will answer questions regarding coursework, career, internship, and research opportunities. Chat with student services such as Admissions, Financial Aid, University Housing Services, Campus Dining Services, and many other offices.
Lunch (on your own)
